Prior to working in the compliance training field, Bill spent ten years managing technical support teams in communications company contact centres. He has a strong understanding of the difficulties and dangers involved in cyber breaches and cyber fraud and in helping contact centre staff develop the skills to resist social engineering.
For the past 11 years Bill has been working in the Australian compliance training industry, writing, designing, and delivering specialist and generalist training. Bill also spent ten years teaching Philosophy at universities in NSW.
