Understanding mental health for our professional and personal lives
Our society is starting to understand that mental health influences how you perform at work – and in turn, stress at work can sometimes contribute to lowered mental health.
Like physical health, mental health issues can have an impact on your overall wellbeing, no matter how small.
This short microlearning module is designed to equip learners with tools to understand their own mental health. It provides relevant, practical and easy-to-understand resources to recognise symptoms of mental health issues, be aware of their responses to situations, and implement strategies to improve their mental health in their professional and personal lives.
Importantly, this module reassures learners that it’s important to understand when we aren’t feeling our best. Mental health awareness is the first step towards moving forward and finding support.
