“While the true cost of global corruption is unknown, the World Bank estimates it to be in the billions of dollars”
Reducing the prevalence of corrupt practices
This course explains bribery and corruption in simple and understandable terms. It looks at Australian legislation and what is happening internationally. A new section examining the recently introduced UK Bribery Act looks at the impact it has on Australian businesses that operate globally.
We use examples from recent news headlines and local cases to emphasise the importance of compliance and reinforces lessons learned through scenarios presented throughout the program.
